Invoice and Billing of Services

Invoicing and Billing will be presented to you upon completion of each service request. All invoices become due and payable upon receipt.

It is required that all hardware and software needed for your particular project be paid for in advance of the commencement of each project.

We are a small, highly technical, independent Information Technology (IT Specialist), technology consultants and system integrator. We strive to provide high quality, accurate services. To meet the demands of today’s systems requires many hours of training, research and client specific design. Therefore we require these services to be promptly paid for upon completion unless previous arrangements have been made.

Give us a call if you need more information To assist in these efforts, we offer the following payment options as part of the services provided by the Computer Brothers, Inc. Credit Cards: Business Checks: On approved credit and completion of account data. Personal Checks: On approved credit and completion of account data. TERMS—DUE UPON RECEIPT: On approved credit and completion of account data, bank references and approval of management. When authorized, we obtain all hardware and software components, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining the highest quality and directly pass them onto our clients. To accomplish this we need to obtain a deposit consisting of the cost of the hardware and software before we proceed with a project. Upon completion of the project at your home or office we would need payment for the labor portion within seven days of delivery. This allows for a complete review of the system. This process has been successfully implemented at hundreds of full scale information management systems for our clients from Montana to Iowa.
